About Me
I have always loved history, but it was not until after college that I discovered public history as a field. I got my start in the profession working at a small local history center, where I learned the basics of archives, collections management, and guest services. I expanded my experience working for organizations in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota.

I have been working in the museum field for over a decade and have a wide range of experience in public and private organizations. These include an ethnic history museum, rural historic sites, and sites that tell the history of historically under-represented people. I have a passion to make history accessible and the creativity to do it.
